Nice old town, its historical development as a town along the Camino de Santiago is still obvious, since most of the buildings are situated on a stretch of two kilometers along the main street, the sirga peregrinal, the street through which the pilgrims passed. Many houses are abandoned though, as well as all the shelters, built into the mountain, where people lived until the 1940's.
In the evening I climb up towards the ruins of a castle on the hill to watch a beautiful sunset.
